A wish is something I do each day
It helps me hope and wait
For the day to come with the chance to make
My wish and dream come true

It takes a deal of vigilence
To wait and wait so long
But it is worth it, for the day
When in reality my wish comes true

I have so many wishes now
All locked up in my heart
And all day long I watch and wait
Ready for that time to come

When those dreams come true
And all the wishes too
Come to my reality and
Are released from within my soul
