My 3 year old walks around the house most days naked, he lets me dress him but by about an hour or so later he's naked. It's a running joke in this family actually, even friends are surprised if they turn up and he's dressed....lol.  Try not to let it get to you, if you haven't got anything planned for the day then don't fight with her and she won't fight back. It's all just a phase really even the weeing thing, we've all been there......they do grow up and they do change......just enjoy it and try not to make too much of it.
