So we had a lovely wedding anniversary we had a beautiful three course meal in the garden, John gave me a lovely handbag.. it was nice. Bless him he's not normally romantic.. he described me as his 'thunderbolt'... As in when we met a thunderbolt hit and that was it!

We've been working hard on our garden, its the first house we've had a nice garden to play with. The back now looks like a wooded glade, with the apple trees in blossom, the lawn is mowed and the patio clean. We went and got some nice plants yesterday and planted them! All that fresh air yesterday though and I was asleep at 8pm! Im hoping it doesnt rain today so we can enjoy it. Hope everyone is having a lovely bank holiday Em x

Great top hear you had a lovely anniversary wish i had a lovely garden i hate my garden its tiny and hilly and horrible but i might get a better garden when we move.

Oh! A gardening girl at heart!  Does one sooo much good to connect with earth!  Wish our garden looked good but it was a hard winter and too many hungry bunnies!  John does sound like a "keeper!" . LOL!!

My parents and grandparents are keen gardeners but this is the first place of our own weve had a garden, so im getting to test out my green fingers. I am earth mother, lol! Em x

I'm so glad that you had such a wonderful anniversary!  It is amazing just how sweet our guys can be, especially when you are alone with them.  I hope that you contiue to have a great week and enjoy those babies!  Enjoy the garden, I would love to have a nice one soon as well.  Take care!

Thanks Letti, unfortunately Ruby's hayfever came on really bad yesterday, shes pumped full of antihistimines but is all runny noses, red eyes and rashes, poor baby. Will you have a garden at the new house, that would be lovely! x

Ah sounds wonderful. Just what you both needed after your hectic few months. How is the migraine situation, any better? Enjoy that Garden, it looks like Summer is about to hit England tomorrow at last, yippeeee. Mind you being Pregnant in really hot weather is not much fun if I remember rightly,LOL. My vision is still not right but my head hasnt hurt again. Im going to see an eye specialist on 4th june, so hopefully I'll find out whats going on then. Yes I know Im hoping its not as hot as two years ago... I think I'll die! Em x
