Its been a while , I've been so busy around the house. My wife has opened a daycare at home and the responce has been great. She all ready has 6 kids and we are all full. We have changed the back of our house into a class room/playroom. What a great job for my wife she loves it. She gets to stay at home with the kids and make money  at the same time.

   We have had a lot of changes around here in the last 6 months. My wife and me have stopped smoking and I have joined a gym . I've lost about 5 kgs and my wife likes the difference in body. Ive been going 3 times a week for the last 4 months and I cant believe the difference in my energy level and im getting muscles wow.... Its helped in the firefighting a whole lot . Not near as tired during training or at a call.   Anyway got to go. hope everyone has a good week and take care.

Its raining today, nothing to do all the kids are in school ,world cup on TV might just watch football and go for a nap this afternoon.

I started my garage makeover. I'm turning my garage into a firefighters lounge with TV , bar ,dart board, couch and lazyboy. Lots of room and I've had everything donated so far from the guys and nothing has cost me a cent. Even got myself a set of  1960's red velvet lamps. Its great , I don't have the money to do over our basement so I'm doing the garage.....so far so good. I just need to find a set of moose horns and a fridge and I'm set.

Had a great day fishing yesterday with a guy from the hall. We were out for 4 hours during a beautiful day on the Bay of Quinte. We caught 10 walleye we could only keep 6 for the limit. Largest was around 6 pounds. We brought them back to my place and I had my girls help us clean the fish for supper. We ate the fish with corn on the cob chips and beer.. What a dinner even the kids had seconds....

My daughter Abby scored for the first time in a football match. The day was a good day, hung some laundry on the line drank some beer and played some darts in the garage. Brought the pumper truck down to the house to fill the pool up for the kids. Got some great pictures of that...Tomorrow is a new day and hope all go's well.

Today was a great day. Tomorrow I'm off to teach some high school students how to use fire extinguishers. Should be a fun day. Just got back from the fire hall . Having a beer and watching some TV. We got some bad news today we has a Heart Attack victim at a call a few days ago, we just got news he did'nt make it. Nothing we could do about that one, just too much damage was done. We will get the next one., got to think positive....have a good night and have have fun

 

Today was not a good day for me. I was late getting home from golf and I got in trouble. I never called missed super and missed the kids bed time. I thought I was to be home around 7 or 8 go home about 9 . I'm sorry , Sara did'nt like it to much that I did'nt call. Ladys ,sometime your hubbys dont use all the brain cells we have in our heads. We dont mean to be meat heads but sometimes we are. I hope to make it up to her tommorow. We dont fight too much , only when I'm  a meathead or when I'm right and she is wrong and wont admit it. Women tend to do this alot I see. They will argue to the death to prove a point, we will end up admitting we are wrong even if we arn't just to end the arguement. We never win. we only end up sleeping on the couch....lol
