Well school holiday's are nearly over here in SA, and my daughter will be starting school on Monday.

I don't think their will be any tears from me as i did all that on her last day of Kindy. I'm more excited i think than my daughter is. LOL.

What i don't understand, is that children are always alright, and think nothing of it on special days, and they do understand what's going on, but in a way they don't. ' S ' will not worry about her first day, and don't think she'll even cry as all her friends are at school now, and she'll be alright once she see's them again. She had one term away from them, and she really struggled with out them, and it was very noticeable, so hopefully she'll settle in alot quicker than i'm expecting.

I love kids and it'll be all mixed emotions for them the first day back i think. Bless them all. they're all so cute in junior primary school.

Thanks, i'm sure too she'll fit in nicely, as all her old mates from kindy will be there. SHe'll feel right back at home again, and wonder what all the fuss was about.

Oh school is one thing I am not looking forward too, LOL! Luckily I still have 2 years to get myself used to the idea, HAHA!

I'm kind of not either looking forward to school for her, but i am in a way too. Im excited but at the same time sad as she's just growing up too quickly.

Make the most of the 2 years you have left. They're the most precious years.

Aww starting school so cute i remember when Kylie had her first day at proper school i was so emotional andi was used to it only being afternoons so i missed her loads . I hope she settles in really quickly for you . Good luck lol

Hey there. Yeah, i think it'll be a different story when we all get there. I'm alright now, but i don't think it'll make any difference to miss5 as she'll have all her old kindy friends there so that'll keep her occupied. I too hope she settles in very quickly.

I broke my heart when my youngest went to full time school, I cried everyday for about 2 months although I was wise enough to never let him see me !!!!!
