The Girls

I'm a mom to three of the most beautiful girls on the planet.  To tell you the truth, though, whenever I fill out one of these profiles asking the names and ages of my children, I have to pause for awhile because they don't really tell the whole truth.  I'm also the mom of one son, Matthew, who was born on September 27, 2000.  Unfortunately, he died a few hours before he was born.  So there's my truth, whether or not it fits the profile.

I'm a working-away-from-home mom married to a stay-at-home dad, so there's another way I don't often fit the most common profile for mommy-clubs (if there is such a thing).  What we've got going works great for us, so for now, I'm stickin' with it.  I've got a great job working for an international development agency (wanna hear stories about my trip to Africa?) and I also like to do some freelance writing when I can find the time.
