Ok so today is the big  day we tell my ex that jess is not going home with him this arvo....

Story so far jessica 15 has decided she dosn't want to go to school any more her dad says that's ok but she has to get a job... they live in a small small town no chance of her getting a job there... So if she were to get a job in my town it would make sense for her to live here with me... there town is about 40 km away...

Over the week end i set out her options

A. get a job .....how u gonna get there every day (dad not gonna drive 40 km every day)

B..don't get a job and dad sent u back to same  school

C..live here with me  then there is easy acess to busses to get to work when got job.

D stay here get job... and back to school of her choice or to tafe and finish her yr 10...

I gave her a time limit to make her decision... and on sat she came to me with her answer...She has decided to stay and live here with me(yay) sorry but i can't help secretly being so over the moon about her decision been waiting for so long for them to come home to me.....Now i just gotta wait for megs to follow her won't be long megs is 13 and she wants what eva jess has all the time ...

Any way back to the story... I made sure she was definate about her decision repetidly asked her are u sure every time she said yes so this arvo when their dad comes to get them we have the job of telling him that she will not be returning to him to live,, She is staying here..He's not going to like it very much well not at all actually...thank god i have a back up plan it's a 6 foot tall 100 kg black man... ( my partner)

so please every one don't judge me for just keeping her here it was both our decision ( hers & mine)...just wish us luck that all goes well with no argueing or violence ....KEEP YOUR FINGERS AND TOES CROSSES FOR ME

OK GET THIS... THE MINIMUM YOU CAN EARN SO THAT THAT U PAY MINIMUM CHILD SUPPORT IS $13 000... RITE SO ME I EARN $14 000 A YEAR SO NOW WITH THIS NEW SHIT THE AMOUNT OF CHILD SUPPORT I PAY GOES FROM $13 A WEEK UP TO $43 A WEEK.... WTF NOT ONLY IS THIS GKOING UP BUT CENTERLINK IS NOW SAYING IF I DON'T HAVE  BETWEEN 15% & 35% CARE I GET NO FAMILY TAX BENIFIT FOR THEM.. SO MY FTB GOES DOWN BY $110 A FORTNIGHT..

OK SO - $110 + $80 A FORTNIGHT ..... THIS = $180 A FORTNIGHT I AM GOING TO BE OUT OF POCKET....

An update on my lattest addiction Ebay... I 've made $102.50 selling stuff. the doc martens sold for $40 and the nemo stuff sold for $20. But I have to hand that over to the kids i said they could have the money it was their stuff....... But they do have have to pay the ebay fees out of that ... But the rest i can keep$42.50 yay... gonna leave it in t5aleas bank acc see how high i can get it ...

Ok so i havn't actually been here for a while ... just wanted to update you all on our lives.. both me and my partner trinnity gave up smoking i have gone for 6 weeks now and no ciggaretts so yay for me... jess and megs are both fine they both got a motorbike for their b'days/easter so there happy.. Talea i s now toilet trainned so another yay for me only got shay in nappies now... it wasn't as hard toilet trainning her as i thought it would be had a few poo accidents for a few weeksthen she relized if u do poo's in the toilet mum gives u choclate.... shaylie has to get gromits in her ears she's had middle e4ar infections for 6 weeks now and cannot shake them.. she's had 5 lots of antibiotics and they didn't work doc has written a referal to see the specialist up at the hospital but she recons it could take 4 or 5 weeks for her to be seen up there which sucks... poor little baby she wakes up every night crying in pain... i just don't understand why the antibiotic didn't clear it up.... any way that a quick run down on our lives ...

just wanted to show the girls new bike... trin thought it be a good idea to get them one as he just bought him self one... i'm a bit iffy on the topic. they have hasd one before but it didn't go as fast as this one does ohh wrll we'll see if i'm on here blogging about broken arms in a few wekks well then it probably wasn't a good idea t buy it
