morning all... I know I'm probably suposed to blog about my kids but I'm sorry i just had the most fabulous weekend with out my kids ever.  My partner andI along with another couple went to brisbane stayed in a motel on the queens st mall. My friend and I went to the D.F.O. and did some shopping I spent $150 on MYSELF. yay... while the guys went to the pubs. that evening we all gotr dressed up in our very best, and trotted on down to the treasury casino for the nightr omg i won $90 off one chip valued at $2.50 on the roulette table. and guess what the i lost the lot. fabulous.. and i don't care i also put about$150 through the pokies. and i still don't care... this weekend was a week end for the grown ups and we had a ball lost some money won some money spent some money and it was all on ourselves.  sunday morning we went over to the southbank markets and yes we spent more money on ourselves.  then we had to travell home back to reality.  but on the way home someone had the brilliant idea to stop off for some lunch so we did we had no kids to winge at us  so there at the plainlans pub we had a fabulous meal and yes more pokies.

but to sum it all up we all had a fantastic weekend with out the kids

i wanted to share with you all a couple of pics of my bonsai.  i have been interested in bonsai for some time now and have a collection of them . this one is my juniper it's about 6 years old.

this one below ia my jade i bought it about 7 years ago at the time it was 15 years old so that would make it now  about 22 yrs.

i have others to but these are my fav's. although alot of mine have died because of the drought thats alot of money down the drain.

is anyone eles on minti interested in bonsai?

juat wanted to share some pics from my brotthers wedding .nwe had a fabulous time and had plenty to drink need i say more.

hi all i havn't blogged for a while but i just had to tell you all about the day we just had. we went to a place called cedar flats, at mt glorious near brisbane. it is about 1 hour from toowoomba. not sure how far from brisbane but i've been told about 30 min.

anyway it's a picnic area on the side of the road up at mt glorious. we took the port a cot for shaylie she played in there with her toys most of the time... a chook some salad, drinks, bread buns  and a picnic wa had by all.  although i do suggest next time some aerogard because i think the flies ate just as much food as we did and the mozzies ate us. but wereally did have a fabulous day. the big kids spent most of their time catching tadpoles and yes we did have to bring them home with us. in a empty coke bottle.  trin and i took talea and shaylie down to the stream talea paddled and shaylie and i got eaten by mozzies.

i really do recomend this place to all of you who are close , for a day trip just remember to bring the aerogard  the place is really gorgous. i took some pics to show u all anyway love and hugs
