After nearly 10 years I have become a new parent again. I must say I am loving it and the whole experience is so different.
Obviously I am older but the experience and the maturity I have this time changes things. I am less stressed (not stress free!!), more patient and cherishing every moment more as I realise how quickly they grow and develop. They don't stay babies for long.
Having extra doting hands on deck is an added bonus. The older siblings just adore their new brother and more than willing to lend a hand (most of the time) giving me that little bit of extra time to get things done. Makes me love and appreciate them even more.
