That's ok, it can be reported, but then all 3 would have to be and it seems nobody cares enough to bother.

There are elements of truth in it, perhaps it would be a good idea to do some of your own research on the drug & edit your article?

Oh please don't be sorry, it is good to bring people's attention to it.  There is a great advice article on the site called Scam or Hoax Emails, it's worth reading and many of the comments below are helpful too.  I am sure that you wouldn't expect to be misled by postings on the site and I am sure that the authors originally thought they were doing the right thing too.

Feel free to join Email Savvy and if you are ever unsure of the validity of any emails you receive you can post them in there to get advice from other people, or let them know your findings.  It is a good idea to bookmark, snopes, hoaxslayer, about.com, urbanlegends and the other sites for yourself too.
