My immediate family consists of a Daughter and Grandson, with whom I live; a Son, wo lives a four hour drive away, and five grandchldren, four of whom live with my son.

My Daughter and I are best friends, we get on so well. We share our home with two Maltese dogs, who are great fun to  be around. I don't see much of my Grandchildren, one of whom was born last Thursday, as they live so far away. My Son has two Sons and two Daughters, but his Daughters are with his ex. and she won't let him see them. She has concocted up sone wild stories about my Son, which have bee proven wrong, but he still doesn't lnow when he will get to see his Daughters. He plans to to sue for custody. 

He has his Sons to a new partner, who I haven't   yet met , and I have yet to meet his Sons.

I work as a Welfare Worker, and have done for several years. The most rewarding thing about my work is that I get to see people who are dragging on the ground become well, and go on to a productive role in the Community.

I love live theatre, as well as good movies, music and food - I think my greatest love . I quit smoking on the 10th November, a feat of which I am very proud. My Daughter quit the same day, which makes it easier at home. But I can be around smokers, it doesn;t bother me.

Some day, I would like to have my children and grandchildren around me all together. I love being a Grandma, but it is so hard being away from them. I havent eve seen three of my Grandchildren!
