My Family:

Our work:
- Anthony is an engineer with a consulting company.
- I am an elementary school teacher who is staying at home and also taking care of a friends 12 month old.
Our Home Life:
Anthony and I are geeks and proud of it. We love tech toys and it has already rubbed off on our son Aidan. If we have anything out that has buttons of any kind Aidan has to try to touch it. Aidan has also figured out how to use the computer keyboard to open up MS Word, Powerpoint and the windows narrator. (That took a few days to finally stop.)
We are simple people who watch too much tv (we have a computer set up to record shows ''cause whose has time to watch ads or anything when it is actually on?) and tend to dislike any movie that we "Should" watch. We both like to blog, play cards, and get out into the mountains that surround beautiful Vancouver.
We don''t get back home to often and miss our family, but we are coming to terms with the Canadian reality. If you live at the very other end of your country it is hard to afford the time and money to get back very often.

Ok, I just wanted to start something here. I found Minti by chance and since I have been reading so many blogs lately I can't remember where I found this. I am not sure how much I will use this but I think I may need some advice soon.  |
