Well, first of all I would like to say thank you, and that I am very honoured to receive this award…..THANK YOU ANGIEH……

        To  begin with my name is Sandra and I live in Wollongong…I have 4 children, Charlotte is my eldest at 18, then Brendan at 17, then a huge gap and my babies, Ryan at 2, Ashlei at almost 1….

         I found Minti by pure luck….was actually surfing the net looking for survey sites, and free stuff…..I think Minti had the robot vacuum cleaner give away at the time, LOL……bring it back Minti the rest of us are still waiting…..

         My favourite feature at Minti would have to be reading all the advices, and meeting some awesome people, some of who will be life long friends….

           My favourite things about  being a parent are all the rewards you receive, like when your child says I love you for the first time, the huge cuddles, with my older two well it’s their achievements….very fulfilling when you can see that you have done something right……

           My biggest parenting challenge would have to be putting up with febrile convulsions from 3 of my children and my two older ones suffering epilepsy. I suppose it’s mild to same people but that’s the thought that always keeps you going through the sleepless nights and the stress it causes…

             My main concern about being a parent is that my children make something of themselves…..I have succeeded with one, 3 to go …LOL…..

             The best parenting advice I have ever received…..there are too many to really write down…..but I can tell you this they nearly all came from Minti……

               My children, I can very proudly say all said MUM for their first word…..

               I don’t really have a favourite song as such….I only ever to listen to music when I am in the car, cause all my spare time is spent on Minti, no  time for music….I do like music that is easy to listen to…..

                Minti in one word….would have to be awesome…..

              The best piece of advice I have got from Minti would have to the one about worming your children……..

                 How do I deal with my addiction….well my children always come first, as soon as my children go down for their afternoon nap….I am ON….then when they are in bed at night and things are done, I will came back on….I think hubby does miss out a little but I always try and make some time for him too….

                 My family deal with my addiction well….I try my best not to neglect them…..

                  There is one more thing I would like to say ….Lui wanted to know how I got hermy….well just a nick name I got in high school….it’s a short version of my surname……

                    On a final note I would like to say that I have made some really great friends here…..and thankyou to everyone for being so nice……Sandra xxx
