Hello!  How are you and that absolutely gorgeous little fam bam going?  I am so slack on facebook - well the internet in general lately - I promise to make an effort!  Get that BBQ cranking, I am picturing scallops in the shell - cooked super fast, with a honey/soy/garlic/ginger sauce and sprinkling of fresh corriander... The sauce sort of caramelises around them, and the are rather delictable.  LOL! xox
