Greetings, fellow parents!  The great thing about not blogging every day, is there's more to talk about when you do!  Tabitha's first day of school is rapidly approaching, and she has finally written her name!  Of course, I wrote it and she copied it, but it's a step in right direction.  Bailee has all her teeth, and has started using them.  She can now climb out of her crib, so until we can  buy her a toddler bed, we're forced to wait for her to fall asleep to put her to bed.  My lilttle black cat Trinity had 4 kittens 4 weeks ago, and they're so cute.  Trin's being a real good mom considering she's only about a year old herself.  We're keeping one, and have found homes for the other 3.  The one we're keeping is mostly all black except for the tips of his back toes being white.  I've named him Reznor.  Jason's STILL looking for work, but he'll be getting his licence back soon, so that should open up a lot of doors for him.  I've applied for a machine operator position at work, but haven't heard anything yet.  Cheyenne just got her first job at A&W.  Jaedon is, well, Jaedon.  He does as little as he can get away with.  And Jason's ex is still as spiteful and vendictive as she can be.  On the upside, we've become close friends with another couple who have a son only a month older than Tabitha.  Anyhoo, that's our life in a nutshell!  'Til next time!

It's been a while since I've been here!  Still at my boring job, but Jason just had a 2nd interview at Toyota today!  Tabitha starts J.K. in September, and she can't wait!  Bailee's walking up a storm.  She can say, "Hi", "What?", "dog" and today she said "cat" for the first time.  Of course, she says dadada and mamama, but she doesn't actually say Mom or Dad.  I personally think she can, but just won't 'cause we want her to!  She also just got her first molar.  She was really fussy for 2 days, but is fine now.  We just bought her a new pair of pink baby Adidas runners today.  They're so cute!  She's been wearing Tabitha's handed down 1st pair of shoes until now, so we thought she deserved her own new pair.  Tabitha is finally completely potty trained!  The trick was not to make a big deal when she had an accident.  That was HARD!!  She's only had 1 accident in the last week and a half!  I think it's 'cause we told her she couldn't go to school if she kept having accidents, and she REALLY wants to go to school!!  I'm thinking of getting back into Graphic Design with my sister.  I think it's time for a new career direction, since manual labour sucks ass, and why let my college diploma go to waste?  Anyhoo, just about time for bed!

I almost killed myself carrying Bailee down the stairs thismorning!  My cat, Miller, left one of Bailee's little Pooh toys on the stairs last night, and I stepped on it, almost landing flat on my back.  I managed to grab the railing with my free arm and straighten myself out.  I did, however, break my big toe on my right foot as I slid down a couple steps.  I also lost a few layers of skin on my right elbow.  I can't believe Bailee didn't freak out at all.   My husband called a couple hours later needing me to take him to the walk-in clinic because the ladder he was on went out from under him and he landed on his right arm.  Can we start today over?  hehe 

On the upside, Bailee gave me my first big, wet, baby slobbery kiss today!  She grabbed my face and pulled me right up to hers and slobbered me!  It was awesome!
