Pleased I could remind you of home abit, winnie the beach became my haven these past two weeks, a place I could reminisce, a place I could feel sad and the pain of loss but it gave back to me a inner feeling of calm and a deep feeling of knowing that our dearest Elma  was at peace. It also gave me a little reminder  and appreciation of what we have around us.

 Not happy annie, didn't get to go for my walk today as it has been raining on & off all day...the photo's aren't half bad are they???? They are truly beautiful beaches and I think the colour blue in the water and sky has alot to do with the calming effects ( is my favourite colour also )

When I'm  at the beach I feel a release of everything that is troubling me and I become one with my surrounds and I just feel so good within myself.

Pictures this time annie and maybe one day you & I can walk the beach together.

 Your Back Beach at Bunbury sounds like it was a magical spot, also  a place to forget all your worries and to feel good about yourself.....you have just swapped the beach for the Murray River.

I feel any place as long as there is water, has that calming effect on one's spirit.  Thanks Vicki, I do feel my walks are doing me good, I feel good within myself.

 Another beach lover how grand!  Yes I'm just enjoying spending time there....at times just taking in the nothingness and other times taking in the sights and sounds the ocean has to offer.  These past two weeks  is the best I have felt within myself for a long time and I'm loving it.

 I think that's what my son misses the most is the beaches and sun.  I  feel we get complacent at times and forget what wonders we have around us....the past two weeks have been a reminder of what beauty we have in our own back yard.

If I could I would send you some sun and a beautiful beach to walk along.

 When the temperatures are like they have been in the last week the beaches in Sydney get as packed as your beaches do I'm sure. Have seen pictures of your packed beaches and agree with your friends.

All the beaches up the North Coast of NSW are like those in the photo's and I'd say the weekends are their busiest.  Yesterday (sunday) when I went for a walk there was about 50 people and this morning there was two, real busy, just perfect.

 You know me well my friend, she does seem to wash all my woes away leaving me feeling at peace. I would love to take a walk along one of our beaches with you, my nature buddy right by my side, not in our summer time but on a beautiful winter's morning would be  just perfect.
