Have nice hot shower that really steams your bathroom up.  It will help to clear the sinuses.

Off the computer and into bed!  You need your rest or you will fall asleep while chatting!  Can't have that, your computer might start sending funny messages! lol.

Try having a nice warm shower with plenty of steam to help clear the sinuses.  It helps some what.
