Today I wished we liked instant coffee.. Why because there was no power to crush the coffee beans or run the coffee pot...   Now if I had instant coffee I would have been able to use it.

But thankfully I had teabags... Yep I got the BBQ turned on and boiled my billy.. Mum sent me one a while back when I used to go camping....  So I was able to boil the water for my tea...  But I would have preferred coffee.  Oh well beggers can't be choosers.

I am happy though because the instant Francis asked for toast the power came back on.. Yippeeee...  We have had a few power shortages this week due to storms...  That is one reason why I have not been on.

The other reason is that my son so kindly shared his cold with me and every night around dinner time, my nose starts to block, and I start hacking up a lung or two...  And can't be bothered to do anything.. So I cook dinner and wait until it is time for Francis to go to bed then I slip off to bed myself...  Ahhh I hate being ill..
On the bright side, morning sickness or what ever you call it has not been to bad...  Just I am so god dam hungry it is stupid... I eat, then I have to eat some more and if I don't eat I feel really really really ill.   But the weird thing of it is that I seem to be loosing weight.. Now I don't really want to be doing that.. But my pants are starting to fall off me.. I am going to the doctors tomorrow for my first appointment so i will let you all know how it goes...

Chat then.. If I am not on tonight (to those who are missing me on MSN), I'll be in bed with either a good book or sleeping trying to relax.. I figured I'd better come down today  at least once to let you all know I am still alive.. Just trying to stay that way... :)
