Not many jump out at me like this one did, I really felt concern for her but especially her two very young childrem. Or am I just a worry wart?

Yes, I got that feeling.  Sounds like a very stressful situation to be in, especially when the given advice was that you cant let your 2 year old go to sleep- imagine the overtiredness!

Thats the problem with being on the other end of the computer, you can hear the problems but cant be there to help.  I think you did a great thing by offering the help line details.  thats all we can do- remind people where they can find help when they need it.  At least she identified a problem and asked for help- that has to be a good thing.  You have done all you can, and just hope that the advice is considered.
