| Explaining the Shiner |
My name is Joy and I live with my husband, Norman and our 2 dogs Bronson(a Neapolitan Mastiff) and Matilda(American Bulldog). We rescued them and these two are quite a handful -- it's like having two 2 year olds living in the house. We also have an 11 year old cockatiel named Beethoven. I have 3 daughters from my first marriage of 20 years and have been married to my present husband for 10 years. We have 13 grandchildren. There is rarely a dull moment in our home. We have grandkids from the age of 17 years to the youngest who is almost 2 years old. I loved being a mommy, but being a grandma is the greatest feeling I can think of.
My hobbies are writing, drawing, photography, scrapbooking, knitting, needlepoint (I can't do this as much anymore). I also like to play games on my PC -- SIMs 2 is my favorite. My favorite thing to do is spending time with my grandchildren and showing them off. |
