hi everyone have avery happy halloween,dress up and eat lots of sweets

i went to counselling with my wife tonight feeling quite positive and came out feeling like i had been smacked round the room for an hour by mike tyson.

she was very angry and even things i had done to help her she twisted round to make them look bad,she said would say 'i know why you did it and it was a really nice thing to do but....' and then proceed to rip it apart .

i know she is really angry and upset and she needs to get that anger out but she totally ripped me apart tonight and made me feel like nothing i ever do will ever be good enough.

i have worked really hard in the past week and a half,i know this isn't a long time,but i have worked my heart out at trying to be the person i used to be,not just for her but for my own happiness and well being and for someone to come along and say that isn't good enough and i still don't like you very much,i'm still very angry at you is just so upsetting.

i used to be in security and we were trained to look at body language,when she is at the house she passes by me closer than she needs to and if i'm standing she will just come over and stand next to me,i know you probably think i'm grasping at straws and i did dismiss it for a while but she is definitely doing it,its as if subconciously she wants to be near me i don't know if she is even aware she is doing it.

so thats that i hope you have had a better day than me,thanks for reading.

my wife picked chick up from nursery today and after she had put him to bed she told me she was going to get another tattoosaturday,when i asked where all her money was coming from,she has recently spent 200 pounds on jeans and a new handbag(thats about five hundred aus dollars),she started to get funny with me,so i just said its time you went isn't it.

now i feel pretty bad because she got upset but at the same time i feel glad because she showed me that she does still care by getting upset at me asking her to leave,she also apoligised about being funny over my question.

I have been to work today so i am pretty tired but i did get to drive several nice saabs,including a convertible and yes i did put the roof down even though it was bloody freezing

I know you are thinking what a poser but what you can't see in the picture is the sunset that my wife wanted to capture in my sunglasses.

hi, managed to change my picture its not as blurry but i do look really tired in it,probably because i only had three hours sleep last night lol,anyway feel free to make jokes and comments at my expense .have a really good day

my wife came round again tonight but only because she wanted my car,she can't fit a large suitcase in hers .

Great she lets me have her soft top in winter!

Anyway i'm babbling ,she has started to give me a little hug before she goes and although its something i've been craving at the same time i don't want her to do it because i don't want to let her go when she does ,also now i'm thinking a bit clearer i don't worry what she is up to when she's not here i just miss her terribly.even though she is coming over again tomorrow night  every time she leaves here it is like the first time she left.

I don't know why i'm writing this,i suppose i'just need to get it out  and i knoe how good everyone is on minti at giving the right advice.thanks for reading this 

for some reason my homepage is about twice the width it was last night ,does anyone know how to fix it ,i didn't break it honest

well its 5.50pm and i have officially done nothing today,tell a lie we went to sainsburys(supermarket) and i got some new slippers ,my toes were poking through the old ones lol,thinking about it i should of took a picture of the old ones and put them on ebay,how much do you think i would of got for a pair of stinky slippers with two more holes than they should have

hi,its sunday not feeling particularly bad just have total apathy and the less i do today the worse it gets,oh well sunday is the day of rest .hope everyone out there is having a chill today

i have managed to put a picture of myself on here woo hoo,but its not very good i look like i've had my face pressed against the hob all morning lol.

My wife brought this web cam round so we can talk when she goes away this week,maybe i just need to get the hang of it because it keeps coming out a bit blurry

hi i have just written something and saved it but i can't find it so i don't know where its gone now .i will work it out in the endand don't forget i am a male so i can't multi task lol

just had to go settle my son he nearly always wakes in the middle of the night after he has spent time with his mom,it breaks my heart to see how this is disrupting him ,i can only do so much to make life seem normal,he's only four.
