Hellow Everyone,
My name is Judy Hansen. I am a mother of 2 beautiful girls - aged 4 and 2. I stay at home for the majority of the time now as a mother. My life as a Stay-At-Home-Mother is very meaningful to me personally as i have the chance to home school my kids. I plan to homeschool them until they are past their preschool years. I am also a WAHM (work-at-home) as i am currently working part-time for Child-Central.com, which allows me much flexibility to work from almost anywhere.
About my interest:
I am an advocate for right-brain training methods for very young kids. I have started flash cards training with my 2 year old and am seeing the benefits rather evidently. Unfortunately, i did not used this method on my older kid- who is now already 4 years old since i was not exposed to any right-brain trainings back then.
My other interest is baby-sign language (ASL). This is essentially sign language for babies and its amazing to know how babies can actually learn to communicate through the use of sign language, even before they learn to speak. We've bought several series of Rachel Coleman's Signing Time videos and have had much fun learning about signs with my family.
I hope to share some of my experiences and also learn from other parents here on Minti!
