Emily and I are currently in a disagreement about chairs. Emily seems to think that they are all there just for her, doesnt matter whose chair it is. Unfortunaly not only does she chose all the big chairs but believes that they are for standing up on. So at the moment all my kitchen chairs are hiding away in the laundry room, its just too bad I cant hide teh couch as well. 

I think my sisters will find it funny that after about 17mnths of great sleeping pattens Emilys now starting to have trouble getting to sleep as Emily always had easier sleeping pattens then her cousins did. At the moment as soon as i put her down in the cot she starts crying and twisting around. I not sure what exactly the problem is but she doesnt do it every night so Im hoping to find a reason why she has such trouble some nights.

Emily's looking forward to thursday as she's spending the day with her poppy while nanna and I have to go to court again. Finally found out what her father had hidden from me for the last 2yrs and am glad that I signed the DCP agreement and now believe the judge will agree with the DCP ruling and that Emily's father needs to start taking responsibility for his actions and stop blaming others.

Well I'm getting tired and thik I better hop off to bed.

Was supprised when I got an email from my sister inviting me to join Minti but after visting the sited joined up straight away  as it seemed like a great site and it couldn't have come at a better time. Yesterday I got a call from my local legal centre saying the had some papers from Emily's dad for me so I said I'ld been down to get them. Turns out that its court papers and I learn there's a contravention case assessment on Wednesday the 8th so I have 5 days to get advice, collect paperwork I need and find someone to babysit Emily. (Oh joy!!)

So I was glad to enjoy this site because reading the avice and about other people just seemed to cheer me up and lighten the stress I had since reading the papers. Emily's father is claiming I broke our parenting orders as I signed an agreement with DCP that he only has supervised visits with Emily after finding out about some truths in his past that he hid from me and now he says that DCP gave me uncorrect information but whats really funny is that what he told is exactlly the same thing as what DCP told me.

People are sometimes amazed at how well I deal with all the crap he pulls. Usually I just try to laugh about it because worrying about any of it doesnt do any good and I'ld prefer to spend my time playing with Emily. I guess I'm also just use to him trying stuff all the time since he started before Emily was even born.

Havent had to much time to worry over the court appearance as Emily has an ear infection aswell as blisters on her face which she caught at daycare so we had a couple of bad nights but now with the medication she's back to sleeping through the night. YAY!!!

Well better head to bed so I'm ready for Emily tomorrow.
