Wow - It took hubby and I 4 hours to wrap up the presents! ! ! I can't believe it took us that long and we are so totally stuffed! But all pressie's are tucked away and hidden from the girls . . .

As some of you know I have taken in another girl (16) who was facing Christmas alone and on the streets, she is a real gem of a girl and she seems really excited about Christmas. She will be coming with us and we intend to make sure she has FUN . . She has been with us for a month now and is now making plans for next year, which is GREAT. She is planning to go back to school and we have told her that she is welcome to stay with us for as long as she needs. BIG shocker is that community services wont do anything to help this girl as she is 16 (NOT SHOCKED ! ! ! Typical G'ment)

We are heading to the In-laws tomorrow and will spend Christmas eve there. . . We hope to make the best of a horrible situation as father-in-law is in urgent need of a heart bypass and can't get to worked up and brother-in-law is on his last legs with terminal stomach cancer . . BUT we are ALL determined to have a good time . . .

It seems that wrapping takes longer than the shopping does. Les has done it all this year! lol.

I had no idea you had taken in another girl. Wow! How generous of you. I bet she appreciates it very much. I hope that she finds her feet soon and that all her plans work out. I was 16 when I left home, so I know how tough it is.

Well done for taking this oyung girl into your home. I do not think there is a better person or family than yourself for her to spend christmas with this year! You are such a caring sharing person. I am so proud to call you my friend!

4Hours wow you must be tired. The best part is how long will it take for them to be unwrappeed? Not 4 hours i bet lol lol, I cant wait until Christmas day is here! I do not know who is more excited me or the kids! Well i will be resting later today i hope so i can watch Carols by candle light in Melbourne. This is a every Christmas eve event in my house. We watch carols then the younger ones are sleeping by 9pm. Once we are sure they are asleep Santa comes to town... lol Have a fantastic day and all the best for the family!

You and Tony have done so well with this young Girl and she is a sweetie.. Grrrrrrr dont get me started about the department, its xmas eve and have to think happy thoughts... Wow 4 hours, want to come and do mine tonight lol.....

Mick has Told the Kids to keep our house clean today as ''GOD'' is coming to Visit tonight, and Caitlyn gave him the BIG christian spill about xmas Lol....
