One day my mother was out and my dad was in charge of me.

I was maybe 2 1/2 years old and had just recovered from an accident.

Someone had given me a little 'tea set' as a get-well gift and it was one of my favorite toys.

Daddy was in the living room engrossed in the evening news when I brought Daddy a little cup of 'tea', which was just water. After several cups of tea and lots of praise for such yummy tea, my mother came home.

My Dad made her wait in the living room to watch me bring him a cup of tea, because it was 'just the cutest thing!' My Mum waited, and sure enough, here I come down the hall with a cup of tea for Daddy and she watches him drink it up.

Then she says, (as only a mother would know... :)

'Did it ever occur to you that the only place she can reach to get water is the toilet?'

Thats so funny !!!!!!

I have a similar story we used to have some friends that lived in a big farmhouse, when I was a little girl we used to go and visit quite frequently. One day one of the sons kept bringing my dad an egg cup full of water and offered him a drink, dad didn't want to cause offence so drank it and perhaps a dozen others too !!!!! Finally the Mum said she didn't know where he was getting it as he couldn't reach the taps so followed him and found he was dipping the eggcup in the bowl of water she had washed the home grown lettuce in !!!!! Bugs mud and all !!!!!!!!

ROFL . .That was me earlier, I couldn't breathe either!!! . . My poor muscles and lungs had the biggest work out ever . .

Just to make it worse hubby had been entertaining Sumara that way earlier today . . POOR buggar has been gagging since and I've lost times of the amount of time he has since brushed his teeth . .

I caught him hiding the tea set . . His excuse was that 'she can have it back when she can reach the TAPS" . . . ROLF, I told him off and took the tea set back into my angels room . . .

Poor man was not impressed!!!!
