You are definitely in for a big battle and it does get worse. Being picky with food usually start around 18 months and it just becomes a battle from there. My suggestion is to stick with the few healthy foods that your baby does eat. And put something new in the plate. Toddlers have to see the food for a while before they will ever try it. So don't keep introducing something new everyday.
Also, if your baby eats veggies one day a week, and meats another day a week, I will consider that pretty good. They don't need to eat every single food group in one sitting. Good luck! It sounds like you're doing good... even if it is frustrating. :)
