oh kylie so sad to hear that it didnt go as well as expected  was it the weather?

i know only to well about bring in your own bed . years ago when the boys were young we spontaneously went away in june for the long weekend (queens birthday) but we didnt leave til the saturday . we headed to swan hill but unknown to us they had their annual horse racing meet so there wasnt any accomodation.

we drove all the way to mildura to find by saturday night (after we ate) that there was no accomodation bus loads of people had taken all accomodation (there wasnt pokies in victoria at the time so they all travelled to places that were close to nsw border)

there wasnt even  caravan parks available so we headed back home an eight hour drive . we nearly ran out of petrol luckily we found one in woodend otherwise we would have slept in car . to top it off i ended up getting my peiod. when we got home it was so great putting my head on my pillow it was a blessing

Welcome back im sorry to hear you didnt enjoy your holiday as much asa you wanted too but bet your glad to be home and to be bck in your own bed nothing beats your own hey.
