Simple solution for your sister.  don't do anything for her!  She wants clean clothes, she can wash them herself.  same with food, buy yours and keep it in a locked cupboard so she can't get to it.  She wants food, she can get her own.  You don't need to be looking after her as well, she is old enough to be responsible for herself.

 Sounds like your having a bad trot of things....your sister needs to grow up and realise she isn't the only one around ....and chip in and help..................... hope things pick up for you soon and you have a reason to smile about things.
