Ethan had his first day at his new kinder today and i dont think it went all that bad.

I was woken up in the early hours of the morning by him after a nightmare. (funny as it seems i have waited for many years for ethan to do this as for some reason he has only started dreaming and communicating about these dreams in the last few months)....

So he slept in which was great as he has this wonderful routine in which he comes into me bright and early every morning saying 'mum the suns awake, get up'

He was very anxious to the point where he was quite wild and demanding, we got to kinder and he kissed me goodbye and went and sat on the mat... great i thought!

I was lost all day wondering if they were going to be able to cope if he got angry/emotional...

Come time to pick him up he was all smiles, before making it to me he ever so carefully placed a toy back in its place perfectly and straightened up the rest of them at the same time... one of his little obsessions.

But after walking in the door back at home boy did he change, now he's rather angry. With me i dont know? But certainly not the happy boy i picked up...

So did his day work out, well now im not so sure.

To all those people who gave advice on my issue with kindy Vs school... thank you.

I feel that little bit stronger today about my choice and dont feel like such a 'bad' mother...

Its my babys first day at a new kinder tomorrow...

It feels like his first time all over again, im so worried.

He is nervous but excited and me well i dont know what i am... lol

My little one also told me today that he is going on a bus to see his dad,  whom he has never had in his life... poor little angel.

So young yet so clever
