Putting in some quality time with the kids really pays off.  yesterday while she was asleep I sat and read an alphabet book with him for ages and he loved it.  Then we left her with Daddy and went for a walk.  I said "isn't this nice?" and he said "Yeh, without Bella! Just you, me & sala (the dog)"  He was loving it! 

Then today at playgroup I made sure I sat with them and played as normally I run around doing stuff (I'm the treasurer).  We then went to the pool, which they both love!  It was great.

When we got home we couldn't see Dad and R says "mmm, that's odd" in exactly my tone of voice just as I was thinking it!  Funny what they pick up...
