well the interview has been postponed til tomorrow, so I've arranged to drop the kids at a friends for a couple of hours.  It is for a receptionist at a smallish hotel Saturday afternoon/evening and only about 15 mins from home, which is great.  It saves on childcare as hopefully DH is home (we'll see!) and it gives us a bit of extra income.  We just have to wait and see how many other applicants they have I guess.  Still, as you say - knock on teh door and if it was meant to be it will open...

I know how you feel - on Thursday Im going for a "chat" with a guy from church who needs Admin maternity cover for one day a week. Im trying not to stress, but I havent done paid work for nearly 6 years, and although Ive done Admin, it's not what Im qualified to do... and then there's the childcare.... Soph would be covered, but then I remembered Emma! I shall just have to be straight with him and see whether he is prepared to take the risk. Why am I putting myself through this..? Im really not sure, you know. Oh well, push at the door, if it opens or if it's locked, act accordingly.

Good luck with everything.  I hope you get some sleep soon.  Try taking valerian, it is natural and just helps the mind unwind so you can relax more.  It is a medicine, so make sure you do your research about it before taking it.

Well, we are hopeless....we tend to co-sleep but that was a rhetorical questions wasn't it!!
