So sorry to hear that you're still having such problems with sleep. Sounds like a major challenge, especially managing to juggle your own sleep between both of their waking schedules. From what I can gather, this has been going on, on and off, for a long time now - you must be totally shattered! Don't know how you're coping at all. And it is so worrying too - as a parent you're always looking for what you might have done to cause the difficulties you're experience (hence your idea re: diet I guess) - I sometimes wonder if these difficulties are just natural phases they go through, but it is impossible not to think through everything you could be doing wrong, over and over again!

Hazel's just started nursery last week, and got her first two teeth, both pretty much at the same time. Such bad timing! She's been really miserable - crying much of the time that she's there. It is just heart-breaking leaving her there each day (only 3 days a week thankfully, but feels like forever). Dreading tomorrow again as she's having another difficult day today. Her teeth have been giving her so much pain that she's had pukes and the runs on an off with it - really horrible to watch her suffer!
