Sounds and looks like a great party. I love that cake!! Its the best feeling and worth all the effort when they say they loved it.

Sounds like you all had a great party! Love the photos! Royston looks enthralled at the cake! Well done!! Sorry to hear he's been feeling stressed out and acting up. It must be really hard to work out what's going on or what you can do about it. Hazel's started getting up multiple times in the night again and throwing tantrums in the day - we're hoping it is just a phase, but you can't help question whether it is something you're doing...

I'm in Miami for work the next couple of weeks, so am missing them both terribly. Hope your shopping goes well...

B looks so cool in her outfit! (Of course, the birthday boy looks fine too!) Sounds like you had a wonderful time - so glad the weather was nice so you could be outside - makes all the difference. The galleon cake looks impressive - great joint effort as usual I assume? My compliments to the decorator (wish I could taste it so I could send my compliments tot he chef too!)! Phew, two more birthdays over for the year for you, and mine are on their way now - uhoh!

 No wonder your tired, it takes alot of preparation....but by looking at the great photo's...it looks like all your effort was worth while and a fantastic day was had by all.....love the pirate theme!   Glad the weather was kind to you, also.
