It is my baby girls 1st birthday next Monday. So we are having a simple BBQ with family on Sunday. I have a very split family so it's kinda hard for to invite everyone to the Party. My Mother i dont talk for reasons that she is just mental!!!!!!!!! If im happy she tries to ruin everything. She dosent have a good life so whenever she see's someone getting somewhere she just turns on you.

Anyways, it should be a good day, except bubba woke up with a bit of a cold this morning. Lets hope she gets over it by the weekend. My three year old is soo excited about her baby sister's party, she wants to help open all her presents and blow out the candles. We have bought her a battery car. paige will have to drive it and brianna be the passenger. I will let you know how it goes.

So how was everyones Valentines. Yes i know it's just another day, but it gives us an opportunity to do something nice for eachother.

I told my man to make sure he is home by 6pm. I cooked all day and made a card and vouchers. I put the card in the mail box as he always checks the mail when he comes home as he hogs the key. 5 vouchers to be used only once within a year. It was all abit corny, but he appreciated it. I had oysters and prawns with  a sauce i made (took a few attempts) for Entree, the i cooked a seafood chowder for the first time as a main, the for desert poached vanilla strawberries with whipped cream.

When he got home I had candle light and music going instead of girls crawling and running around making havoc all over the house. Instead, they were doing all that at Nana and Pops. LOVELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
