Do you suffer from lactic acid build up after sport? Do your Children complain of sore aching mucsles after sport? or maybe just in general?
I have been doing some research in regards to vitamin supplements and passed them onto my clients which have found rapid success. This the following information I have made copies of and hand out to my clients.
The product I have found is called
Vital Greens. I take them myself, mind you I personally test things out before I pass the information onto my clients.
It is best if you take vital greens with
juice I will be honest with you its an aquired taste but the benefits greatly out weigh the taste. I suggest to my clients to take it with V8 juice any flavour they like. It is highly beneficial if you follow it with a high alkaline low acid food diet. This list is found at the bottom of this page.
I have suggested to my clients especially teenagers that it is best if they follow a high alkaline diet instead of taking vital green. The best part is that it can be as cheap as you wish to make it by following the simple everyday foods that you may eat making sure that you have a
balance of 80% Alkaline and 20% acid food intake. Keep this up for the first month and the cut it back to 70% Alkaline to 30% Acid foods.
One of my clients have been suffering servere stomach ulcers he went to the Dr and they put him on a tablet that the Dr said he will have to take on and off for the rest of his life due to the serverity of his stomach ulcers. THIS ISNT TRUE
I know i am not a Doctor but by suggesting my client to read the list of foods that will reduce the acid build up in his system he had results with in a week!!! He is now off the medication and doing it naturally. Instead of using a chemical to reduce the acid he is using normal every day foods. He cant believe the results. He is more active (mind you he is normally highly active anyway) he has more energy and he cant believe how more alive and sharp his mind feels.

Although it might seem that citrus fruits would have an acidifying effect on the body, the citric acid they contain actually has an alkalinizing effect in the system. Note that a food's acid or alkaline forming tendency in the body has nothing to do with the actual pH of the food itself. For example, lemons are very acidic, however the end products they produce after digestion and assimilation are very alkaline so, lemons are alkaline forming in the body. Likewise, meat will test alkaline before digestion, but it leaves very acidic residue in the body so, like nearly all animal products, meat is very acid forming.
UNKNOWN:There are several versions of the Acidic and Alkaline Food chart to be found in different books and on the Internet. The following foods are sometimes attributed to the Acidic side of the chart and sometimes to the Alkaline side. Remember, you don't need to adhere strictly to the Alkaline side of the chart, just make sure a good percentage of the foods you eat come from that side.
Brazil Nuts Brussel Sprouts Buckwheat Cashews Chicken Corn Cottage Cheese Eggs
Flax Seeds Green Tea Herbal Tea Honey Kombucha Lima Beans
