Tag, I'm it!

Well, I was tagged by Tinker79 and Lindterbean, so I suppose I should go along with the game. Which, under other circumstances I'd be thrilled to do, because it's a great game (Kudos to Tracey for coming up with it!), only I'm not very sure how to do it, 'cause my baby isn't here just yet. Not until December. So for now, all her favorite things are my favorite things. (Isn't it wonderful? Right now we're at the stage where she likes everything I like because hey, she's in my womb so she basically has no choice. Tune back in 15 years from now for the "You just don't get me, I hate you!" stage. That's gonna be nice).

So what I'm going to do is tell you a bit about myself, and when Camila is born I'll tell you about her. Does that make any sense?

What's your favorite children's book?I'd have to go with a book called Cuentos de Mi Tía Panchita (Stories by my aunt Panchita).  It's such an amazing book, because it reflects the way our grandparents or greatgrandparents would tell a story. Plus, some characters are really mischievous and the stories always teach you something great.  The only thing is it's a book only Costa Ricans would understand. And perhaps not even my generation, but the previous ones; which is why I want my daughter to read it: so that she'll know where she came from, and maybe feel identified with her great-grandparents.

What's your favorite thing to eat? Pasta. And potatoes. Anything with potatoes, I loooove. (Yoda, I am).

What's your favorite game? We're very competitive in my family. My mom, dad, siblings and me are always competing for who knows "more". So we all have our heads filled with useless facts and factoids which come very useful when playing trivia. Which I love to play. (I'm a bit of a show-off). :o)

So now, I tag Proud-Mommy, FireFighterDaddy, Sillyboho and MarlenaMonteiro. Have fun!
