I'm sorry that he isn't able to come home to you, i hope that when he gets to the island that you are both able to have a long chat to one another. 

that's great that some of the doctors tips are working for you and that you are able to eat a little more now, and i hope that worm moves soon for you also.

Iam sorry JD can't get home I know you must be very disappointed, ai'm sure I would be if my hubby had to be away for any length of time.

 Not good news about JD, not coming home earlier, i'm more disappointed for you sweetie, i know how much you would love to have him home and i personally feel he should be with you & miss G.

I bet miss g had a big grin on her face seeing her mum in the kitchen cooking a meal yeah!!!!!!!!!!! Dear Fi , sounds like some of those ideas that your doctor told you are at least giving you abit of respite....i sincerely hope so.
