Hi, you are young and beautiful. Remember you have to take the first steps to get out of your depression. Let your son be your motivation to get better so that when he comes back, you'll be prepared. In the meantime, look after yourself, learn to do something, be it cooking, reading, whatever projects and go mix around and keep occupied. You need to be surrounded by people. Letting out your frustrations is good but must be followed by something posiitive to give you happiness. A happy Mum makes a good Mum.
