Just didn't get time to write yesterday. Went to my slimming club yesterday- so frustrated! Losa a stone before I joined it and in 7 weeks have lost nearly another stone. But, it's taken me 3 weeks to lose two and a half pounds-aaaaaaagggghhh. I am still half a pound off to losing a stone since I started there.It's so disheartening when you stick to the eating plan and hardly lose  anything-but I will get there in the end.  

What is the matter with you people?????????

Maybe I should study psychotherapy and assess who keeps reporting me-envy and lack of expression and thought are very sad traits to have -poor you. Would you care to report this????

This evening I have given advice about testicles dropping, this advice is based upon my own experience with the problem. This advice has been reported. There are no provacative words,slang terms or anything sordid been written about the subject. This is the second time in as many days I have been reported on subjects that I have dealt with first hand. Why bother when there are some people 'reporting' the advice given-maybe annoyed cos they don't know nothing about it and don't have anything to say.

Iive went outside to see what was going on. It was really scary. Our kids didn't even wake up and didn't believe us this morning. It was surreal,birds were flying around like it was daytime. I've never experienced earth tremors before and it was really unnerving. God knows how people cope in places where earthquakes occur regularly and with severity. They must live on a knife edge.

when I joined a few days ago I was very wary about revealing info on the 'net'. I stated that I was a 'cautious blogger.' It seems I was right to be so -yesterday I received an email and 'friend' invite from a member in Ghana. It was a very long subscription and was quite disturbing and threatening. Why would people want to join groups like this to communicate in a open and friendly manner-and then be so IGNORANT,ARROGANT,THREATENING,RUDE and A PAIN IN THE----? Hope it doesn't happen again,have enough to do and think about without having to read that sort of crap.

took a tip the day before yesterday as regards to disciplining the boys. Must admit it did work I gave them a choice of either to work it out for themselves or I would do it for them, and I did! I put both boys in their own rooms and gave them the option of trying to talk nicely to each other or stay in their rooms. I found this had more affect rather than just telling them to stay there for ten minutes.
