This post is from from my other blog here I'm starting the week with a day off. From the office that is. Mondays are my days home with the Kids. Morning exercise - 1 hour fast pace walk. At one point I tried to run but I was wearing jeans and they started to fall off. Size 32 waist had me going for the hip hop look. Weight this morning 176.8 - Body fat reading 9.0% - That is really good for a morning reading, my best readings are always at night after being fully hyrdated.
