my work collegue is chasing their tail with the mortgage they put their house up for sale but it didnt sell at auction. they are hoping to sell and move to the country.

she is origionally from there. if they do then she gets to see her 3 children more. at the moment she is working long hours and in the evening and is missing out on "being there " for them.  they borrowed heavily on their mortgage for renovations and they are getting nowhere as the payments are just being met.
