A few days ago we went away lovely we went for a walk at a place called the Bluff and yes you can imagine the jokes from my girls about the Bluff (Fluff) the drive there they were saying lets go for a walk on the big giant Fluff!!!!!!!!!!

Things are not looking to good on the money side and we have just received bad news of a family member in England what a day!!!!!!!!

So I am on here waiting for news of what we are going to do!! It should be ok but until we know for sure!!!!

Have been trying doesn't seem to work so Basically if you are after the best health info to live by especially to use as a guide for our  children type in google (The Dietary Guidelines for Australians) and a booklet should come up which you don't have to download called (Food for health). We get these sent out to us but you can probably pick them up at government departments to do with child care and health.
