I tried so, so, so very hard to be good!  But one look at my daughter holding her newborn son and I was in tears!   Is there any thing to feel more blessed and more thankful for  than to have that experience???  Both there safe and sound to love!

Tears of happyness it shows how much you love them what a beatuiful time for you to share with your daughter and grandson wonder how he is going his first few nights at home?

I am sure it was worth it he has been born into a very loving family. You even held him so I bet there were many cuddles for the little man

Thanks for asking! Tommy had a worse day yesterday - it sounds like they have to juggle his time on different machines & medications, and he is back on milk which is not easy with his reflux. Sounds like a "normal bad day" - they are on a real rollercoaster with him.

A fuzzy pic of Lucas is better than no pic of Lucas! Sounds like you had fun meeting him anyway! Lucky Lucas!!!

Yes, they will be and my heart goes out to them. Issues with health are so tough to handle, but a child?  Not fair and tragically dificult.   I can only offer them my best vibes which are totally there for Tommy.

Grandma twice!  Love this!  It is the total best thing ever!!!  maybe even better than pastries!!!!!  Thank you Sweety, Mommy and Baby are doing GREAT!!!  So relieved and happy!  Can Ya tell? Sending you hugs!

Pauline all I can think is how beyond perfect is this?? Little Lucas seems well and my daughter is doing great.  I think we need to hold them to make that physical connection!  Plus does make it all more real!  LOL!  The new life that is so connected to our own is something that is so hard to desribe!  Thank you for sharing this exciting time, makes it all the more special!
