Oh Sweety I was thinking that when I took them! I was outside early in the morning and I did put my fleece on! LOL!!! That is such a great plan and I am all for it so when do we pick you up???? It was even more stunning when the sun broke through and lite all the snow to make it sparkle! I don't know if the camera would catch it so hurry on over!
I imagine the Soo would be totally buried by now!! We do very well here. We are on a road considered main so we get cleared right away! So is the cottage and it's highway gets cleared right away...but then there is the kilometer winding drive! Oh well,can't have everything! P.S. snow days (when schools are closed) are rare but so neat!!!

Your story of your fake snow made me think of my dear Mother. We had a picture window in our living room of the little house that I grew up in. Mom was an artist!!! As an artist she would think outside the box...loved that in her! She painted the whole huge window in a lovely winter scene. Snowmen,sleigh,carolers,it was beautiful and covered the whole 15 by 10 foot window!!! I also remember my Dear Dad in shorts in the summer with a razor blade trying to get it off!!!! Haaa,haaaa such dear memories!
Swim suits, cossies...why not!!! Yes you do shorten and add ies a lot,well the "e" sound !! LOL! Poor Dad took almost three weeks taking it off,Mom looked sheepish the whole time!!! Haaa,haaa it is a great memory!
