The stress has really kicked in today

Comment Published at 04:2304:2313 comments13 comments27 Visits27 VisitsReport

Got phone call from hospital today hopefully op is scheduled for 7th Feb and Daniel has got his pre op check up on the 5th Feb just hope he is well enough for it, because today he has not been feeling well complaining of feeling sick and he has diarohhea.  Just had enough of everything, think I've been holding it in for too long, finally losing my marbles.

Re: The stress has really kicked in today

Thanks Em it makes such a difference knowing everyone cares, if it wasn't for you all giving me your support and strength, I would be in a lot worse place in my head.  I love coming on Minti and knowing my special friends are all here under one roof it makes me feel you are a lot closer to me than you actually are, I have to occasionally remind myself that some of you are on the other side of the world.

Love you all sooooo much xxxxxxx

PS Have you got your doggy back yet?

Dear Maria, i was just about to say that your not losing your marbles, when i stopped and read Marg's answer....i just love her comment.  Hang in there dear friend, how you are feeling.....is just being a loving mum worrying about her child and you have every right  to do that. But at the momment you need to be strong for your son's sake.

The sooner the op is done, the sooner you will find out what happening.

My thoughts & prayers are with you both.

Thanks Janice just feel sick the closer it gets to the date of the op, stupid I know, but it's just one of those things you can't help but worry about until it's all over and then you wonder what all the fuss was about, lol.

Re: The stress has really kicked in today

Hang in there. Next week will be tough but you will start to find out what's up and that's good. The faster you know the faster they can start to correct it. As for marbles, they rotate, you just get new ones, maybe better colours or even sparkly ones!! Ehhh, having all your marbles is over rated anyway.

Re: The stress has really kicked in today

Thanks Marg you always manage to make me smile, I hope they do find out what is wrong otherwise all of this would have been for nothing, all his glands have come up on his neck now, so much so it looks like he has mumps, but he is fine in himself not feeling ill at all.  I just look at his beautiful little face and I sooo hope everything will be alright.

Re: The stress has really kicked in today

Just hang in there

next week you should start to get your answers, I know the thought of the operation must be terrifying, I've had my child under an anaesthetic for a minor op and I was in a right state !!!!!

Not surprised you have had enough !!!!

Take care of yourself too

Re: The stress has really kicked in today

Thanks Helen, had a horrible day at work today as well to add to the stress, they seem to have started an 'I will treat you like an idiot' culture there and I am soooo angry at the moment I'm ready to explode.

Don't think I'm coping well, lol.

Re: The stress has really kicked in today

Oh Maria, this is tuff tough on you all. I wish I could give you a big hug, but a cyber one will have to suffice. Let it out though, even if you feel like jumping on a cushion, go for it. Marbles are what Mums are given to loose, it saves the sanity in the long run. So go chuck those marbles out, drown them if you need to, they benefit from a good dose of tears. Thinking of you and yours. Cyber HHHHHHHHHHHHuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuggggggggggggggggggg.

Luv, Winnie.xxxx
