It's only a temporary job but I just feel like it's such an achievement after trying for so long.  I do feel like my dream is getting a little closer every day will be starting my NVQ in Sep so then I will have a qualification to help me on my way.

I love keeping busy it gives me lot less time to think and be sad. It's a shame the rest of my brood don't know it's mother's day, I could do with a cup of tea in bed and some pressies, lol.  My first experience at being an exam invigilator was so scary it was at a boys secondary school which doesn't have the greatest of reputations, think my heart was in my mouth all the time I was there, lol.  Will be going to an all girls secondary school on Tuesday so I'm feeling a little more relaxed.

Thanks.  I received my application from the college for my TA NVQ Level 2 so will be filling that in and be starting that in Sep hopefully.

I was feeling quite low because I wasn't getting anywhere so this has really helped me get back up again, jobs are pretty hard to get but luckily with this one they seem to find it hard to get people to do it because it's casual and only temporary.

I'm so happy that my persistence paid off.  It was quite an experience walking into a secondary school full of boys.  It's a wonder I didn't run back out screaming, lol.  Still want to be a TA in a primary school but at least for now I'll have some cash to pay for my NVQ.

Looks like everyone in Australia is celebrating Mothers Day we've already had ours back in March, in England.
