I want to send my sincere apologies to all members and friends who were unable to access Minti over the course of today whilst we experienced our longest internet outage since our launch last year in March.
We have been told that the provider of our hosting services lost their connection to the internet (affecting a very large number of websites they host). Naturally our contract expects better than this kind of service and the Minti management team are now very actively pursuing alternative hosting arrangements so that we have full website hosting diversity and this does not happen again.
My humble apologies and please bear with us as we get new arrangements in place to avoid future issues with suppliers who have promised us better ! |
