My wife and I went in for our 12 week scan and everything is looking very positive, in fact the baby is about a week ahead of schedule       Here is the first ever baby photo I can lay claim to have been part of the creation of

Just back from a few days "down south" of Perth for a mini-break to spoil my wife on her birthday and returned to the usual enormous pile of emails when I found the AWESOME support a few members decided to throw into the comments on the recent Minti write-up on TechCrunch ( http://www.techcrunch.com/2007/09/23/minti-parenting-advice-for-the-ugc-generation/ )

I want to say a HUGE thanks to all those who took it upon themselves to say some words of support for Minti in this very popular blog (top-5 in the world) and I think you really made a lot of the early commenters (mostly geeks or jealous other start-up founders) look like a very mean spirited lot of people.

You folks always surprise me with your passion and kindness towards others and there are some days when I am really, really proud of you all for what you have made Minti into !

My wife and I had our 10 week scan yesterday and everything looks positive for the arrival of our first child in April next year (very close to my 40th birthday). 

We are both very happy with the positive news.

Now I can really start to put into practice all this amazing advice I have been reading on Minti.
