In my family there is ...
Me : I'm Sam, a 35 yr old SAHM. I was a Dental Nurse for 15 years until Miss M came along, working in a busy private practice in the UK. I returned to work for 6 weeks after Melissa's birth, but hated every minute of being away from her, so handed in my resignantion after 2 weeks! I only stayed for 6 to cover holiday for another receptionist!
Melissa, who is 5. Melissa started school in Oct 08. My beautiful first born, she loves any type of Whale (Orca especially), dinosaurs & Little Ponies (the toy, thankfully...a much cheaper habit than the real thing)
Rebecca who is our latest (and last) addition. She likes to chew anything (I do mean anything,...the more metal like, the better. Including the chain on the swing when she had a go on one), make lots of noise and (thankfully) sleep! Oh & food!
Then there is Kev! My hubby of 15 years (come May) and the person I have given over half my life to (I met him this day - 17th March - in 2003 therefore clocking up 20 years as a couple.
Oh & I guess I should mention the dog, Spud! Who is a soppy stupid Border Collie. He is 3 now, but still acts like a puppy...in lots of ways! <sigh>
Then we have 3 giunea pigs! We did actually only want 2, but one had a little baby a couple of weeks after we got her, so she muct have been pregnant in the shop. We hadn't had the other 2 long enough for the baby to have been theirs. And 2 fish!
