Well...Today I bit the bullet and decided to book in and sign up to the Tony Ferguson Weightloss Program: www.tonyferguson.com/Default.aspx
I have been going to the gym for the past month and have steadily increased my stamina as well as lifting heavier weights. But my main problem is with food .
So I have just made my salad and portioned out my fruit. My goodies are ready to go, so all I have to do is make my shake in the morning and away we go.
The reason why I like this program is that everything is calorie / portioned controlled for you. Lets face it - when you are a busy mum who has time to watch everything you eat?
I would love to hear from anyone else who has done or tried this program.
